Choose the items, go through the checkout process and that's it. We'll ship it via a major courier. Shipping rates are determined by the location and the qty/size/weight of the item(s) purchased.

Returns
Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and restocking of unwanted goods will be credited less 35 %. Please note any trophy which has been engraved, engraved medals, plaques, crystal, acrylic, silverware, pewterware and custom items cannot be returned.
Delivery
Delivery is normally within 6 - 10 working days. Silverware, pewterware, acrylic will be slightly longer. (10-15 working days) -Any items that can not be processed for any reason, we will notify the customer within 2 working days.
